Boost your weight loss with JUICE FEASTING

Most of us would have heard the term juice feasting/ fasting.. It is a way to replace your lunch, breakfast and dinner with juices and coolers to lose more weight.. Some people say it as a better idea and some don't agree..

I am also not in line with the idea of having juice throughout the day.. Having a JUICE for lunch increases my cravings.. Having JUICE for dinner brings cough or cold.. I would suggest you to take at most 2 juices/ coolers.. Otherwise there is a risk of getting nasal problems..

The idea I am going to post now is "Replace your breakfast with a smoothie or have two detoxification drinks for breakfast and as a brunch"
