Pomegranate and Orange Juice | Home Remedy for Morning Sickness

I would have been really fed up if these two fruits were not abundant, when I was pregnant.. My early pregnancy was a tough one with repeated vomit and giddiness.. I was working at that time, which made it even more hectic..

On the way to my office, there was a juice shop.. Before entering the campus, I used to go to this juice shop.. There was a variety of juices available.. Most of the juices were like combination of fruits.. They gave 2 full mugs of juices and the rate was reasonable.. On the very first day, I ordered this Pomegranate and Orange Combo Juice.. I thought that it would favor my vomit sensation.. Yes,, it really suppressed the sensation.. And finally, I made the shop as my breakfast area 🙂 I would suggest you to take this during early pregnancy..

Now I am having this juice one in a week during “Juice Fasting”.. This can be used as a blood purifier during “Juice Fasting”..Pomegranate is a blood purifier and Orange gives immunity.. Better take this juice in mornings.. For other Juice Recipes,
