GM Diet Plan Indian Version | Sample Diet Chart

Most of us would have heard about GM Diet.. A diet routine given by General Motors to their employees for a weight loss.. Let us see Indian version of GM Diet Plan in this post. I have added little masala to flavor it.

By GM Diet, you could lose 2-3 Kilos in one week. It is difficult to follow. But the results are quick. If you want to lose weight fast, GM Diet is a good option.

Preparations:
  • Prepare yourself in advance. Buy all the required items and stock it.
  • Drink 4 liters of water per day. Hot or Warm water is best.
  • Follow a maintenance diet, after GM Diet

GM Diet Indian Version

Day 1 - Day of Fruits

Early Morning   Green Tea
Breakfast    Apple and Watermelon Salad
Mid-Day Snack   Guava
Lunch   Fruit Salad with Pineapple, Guava, Papaya and Green Grapes
After Lunch Snack   Oranges
Evening Snack   Guava with Salt and Chilli
Dinner    Fruit Chat

Day 2 - Day of Vegetables

Early Morning   Green Tea
Breakfast    Boiled Potato with Seasoning
Mid-Day Snack   Grated Carrots
Lunch   ½ cup of Moong Dhal and Boiled Vegetables like Carrot, Peas, Cabbage
After Lunch Snack   Wonder Soup
Evening Snack   Steamed Sweet Corn
Dinner    Wonder Soup with Vegetables Chat

Day 3 - Day of Fruits and Vegetables

Early Morning   Green Tea
Breakfast    Apple and Water Melon
Mid-Day Snack   Grated Carrots
Lunch   ½ cup of Moong Dhal and Boiled Vegetables like Carrot, Peas, Cabbage
After Lunch Snack   Oranges

Day 4 - Day of Banana and Milk

Mid-Day Snack   Masala Milk
Lunch   2 bananas

Dinner    1 Banana

Day 5 - Day of Brown Rice, Tomatoes and Vegetables

Breakfast    Brown Rice Porridge
Mid-Day Snack   Tomato, lemon and Honey Juice
Lunch   1 cup of Brown Rice with Tomato Kootu. Non-vegetarians can include Fish.
Evening Snack   Tomato Soup
Dinner    Fruit Chat

Day 6 - Day of Brown Rice, Tomatoes and Fruits

Breakfast    Fruit Smoothie
Mid-Day Snack   Fruit Salad
Lunch   1 cup of Brown Rice with Tomato Kootu. Non-vegetarians can include Fish.
Evening Snack   Steamed Sweet Corn

Day 7 - Day of Brown Rice, Tomatoes, Juices, Fruits and Vegetables

Breakfast    Corn Flakes with Milk
Mid-Day Snack   Carrot Juice
Lunch   1 cup of Brown Rice with Tomato Kootu. Non-vegetarians can include Fish.
Evening Snack   Wonder Soup
Dinner    Brown Rice Porridge
