Upper Body Exercises at Home – Lose 2 inches in 2 Weeks

If I stay without workout just for a few days, my body tend to put on weight in upper back and hands.. My body is that much fat-prone 🙁 I was looking for some simple upper body exercises to do at home.. When I looked into the video for first time, it looked really absurd .. Yes, it was SILLY.. I was a bit confused whether she tells the truth or its a video just for kidding.. As she was doing the upper body workout at bed, I thought it is something like prank.. But my laziness to do exercises, motivated myself to watch the video..

 Just for fun, I started doing this.. Once I get up from bed or before going to bed.. It depends on the day’s mood.. But I did this exercise for two weeks, to maintain my body weight.. What I wished is, there should not be any wait gain.. Surprisingly,,, This exercise when done in 2 repetition helped me to lose 2 inches in 2 weeks.. There was no appreciable pound loss.. But I could find my dresses becoming loose..

I recommend this one for some of my friends who always love lazy exercises.. Better experience the results than experimenting 🙂 Good Luck 🙂
