Pathiya Murungai Milagu Kuzhambu/ Drumstick Pepper Gravy is very simple to make.. If you make the powder ready at weekends, you can make the kuzhambu in a jiffy.. If goes well with simple Appalam/ Papad..

This is a very simple postpartum recipe, we follow in Tirunelveli .. The spices we use regularly have good medicinal values.. Knowing the values or unknowingly, we have a practice of using the spices.. If given after delivery this is meant to cure stomach ulcers, intestinal strains and this will increase breast milk.. Not only the new mother, we also can include this in our weight loss diet.. Including some medicinal and healthy recipes will make us lose more weight..
