Servings: 2 of 300 ml | Calories: 150 per Serving
Ingredients
Palm Jaggery or Karuppatti | ½ cup |
Coriander Seeds | 1 Tablespoon |
Ginger | 2 inches stick |
Water | 500 ml |
Milk | 200 ml |
Quick Procedure
Take required ingredients.. Powder Jaggery coarsely.. Boil water.. Add powdered palm jaggery.. |
Coarsely grind ginger and coriander seeds.. Add them to boiling ingredients.. |
Let everything boil well for 20 minutes.. |
Now, strain the concoction and add it to pasteurized and cooled milk.. Done.. A hot sip is ready.. |
It will not be more sweet and all.. Milk is optional and you can avoid if you don't like adding Milk.. |
Never add hot milk, as it will curdle.. |
