It is not a multiple step process and all.. Just mixing all ingredients together and boiling it.. Thats all.. All you need is Palm Jaggery in home.. If you are having cold or digestion problems, try this one.. And you could have this once in a month to make your weight loss effective..

Inji Karuppatti Coffee

Servings: 2 of 300 ml |  Calories: 150 per Serving


Ingredients 
Palm Jaggery or Karuppatti ½ cup
Coriander Seeds 1 Tablespoon
Ginger 2 inches stick
Water 500 ml
Milk 200 ml

Quick Procedure
Take required ingredients.. Powder Jaggery coarsely.. Boil water.. Add powdered palm jaggery..
Coarsely grind ginger and coriander seeds.. Add them to boiling ingredients..
Let everything boil well for 20 minutes..
Now, strain the concoction and add it to pasteurized and cooled milk.. Done.. A hot sip is ready..
It will not be more sweet and all.. Milk is optional and you can avoid if you don’t like adding Milk..
Never add hot milk, as it will curdle.. 

Step-wise Procedure

Take required ingredients.. Powder Jaggery coarsely.. Boil water.. Add powdered palm jaggery..
