Any weight loss diet, which is implemented without properly analyzing the nature of body will fail.. The diet which worked for one person will not work for the other.. I have seen people who have just lost weight by walking 30 minutes, without any diet changes.. In the same way, there are people who lost weight without doing anything willingly.. So nothing will work same for everyone.. This is the reason why doctor’s ask us to analyse our own body.. If you are nearly 20 kgs overweight, try to reach a doctor.. They may test for PCOD, Thyroid, Anemic or any other hormone related issues.. They may suggest you a few things or tricks.. Along with that if you continue the steps given in this blog, it will definitely work.. If you reach out doctor and find out that you don’t have any other reason for overweight, you can straight away start analysis yourself..

You need to analyse the following things about your body.. This is definitely not a Yes/ No questionnaire.. For each and every question, we have particular precautions.. While putting ourselves in  following weight loss, we need preventive measures..

  15. Are you allergic to citric fruits ?
Precautions based on the questions above.. Take the following precautions, based on the nature of your body..
  1. How fast will your body respond to food changes ? – If you body responds faster, then you need very minor and prolonged substitution in food.. As your body loses weight easily, it will also be able to gain easily.. Hence a prolonged maintenance diet is needed, in this case.. If it responds slower, then you need multiple substitutions and a complete dietary change.. This change can be then altered to a moderate level after weight loss..
  2. Are you having sweet tooth ? – If yes, then definitely you need to include a lot of low fat desserts in you diet.. You need to search for more and more recipes and keep yourself updates.. If no, then you journey itself goes simple and fast.. It is really a great plus..
  3. Are you having cravings often ? – If yes, then you need to include a lot of low fat snacks.. You need to search more recipes and keep some snacks on hand every time.. Also you should learn to snack on fruits.. 
  4. Is your stomach expecting a large meal every time ? – This is really a hard thing.. Some people have this problem, they need more food, one at a time.. I was also like that.. There is a simple trick to resolve this problem.. Including more drinks during breakfast, salad during lunch and soups during dinner will make you feel full sooner without adding extra calories..

  8. Are you having any respiratory problems ? – This may become a serious problem, when you do cardio exercises.. So consulting a doctor or physiotherapist before doing any cardio except walking is needed..
  9. Are you having kidney related problems ? – You must avoid lemon, oranges, tomato, curd and dairy products often.. Even if you take it, it should not be citric should not be combined with 
  10. Are you having any heart related problems ? – This is also something similar to respiratory problems.. This may become a serious problem, when you do cardio exercises.. So consulting a doctor or cardiologist before doing any cardio except walking is needed..
  11. Are you above age of 50 ? – Then you should take enough precaution for preventing sprains and knee joint pains.. Also taking help from a physiotherapist is needed.. If you are walking, you should buy proper shoes.. If a gym is nearby, reaching a trainer will help..
  12. Do you have PCOD ? – There are a lot of challenges, when we proceed a weight loss journey with PCOD.. You need to concentrate on higher intensity cardio.. You need to concentrate on stomach focused cardio.. You need to reduce dairy, sweets and carbs.. Other than that, everything holds good..
  13. Are you having a nature of work that makes you sit for a long time ? – Then you must make sure that your diet is very strict.. As you are not going to work a lot, you must be strict with your diet.. 
  14. How much exercise your body can do ? – Not every one have the same stamina.. So don’t follow any other’s routine.. Try to make your own exercise schedule.. You must be comfortable with it.. Your body must co-operate with you in whatever physical training you do.. So analyse your body..
  15. Will you get any problems like heat, if you exercise more ? – I have heard some problems from friends that, if they exercise more, they will get burns on the skin.. IF you have such problems, then you should take precaution like wiping sweat with towels often and taking bath regularly.. It is better if you take bath two times a day..
  16. Are you allergic to particular type of food ? – This is a very common thing.. It is not like you should follow all the diet tips given by dietitian.. You can definitely skip those things or you may try to find alternative.. Only these two options will help you get rid of allergies..
