Step 16 - How to Lose Weight | Understanding the importance of Proteins

When my doctor advised me to reduce weight, she gave me a helpful key.. It is nothing but the clue that I should include protein to make sure that I stay away from hunger for some long time.. As I had to look after my kid, I had to run around a lot and I became hungry soon.. This made me tough to maintain a diet and lead to cravings most of the days.. When I asked her what to do, the doctor just told me a story.. It was quite interesting.. She told that some animals eat once in two days and remain calm with the food itself. And the reason is of course, they have some meat and it would keep them filling for a long time.. I thought in my mind, we are not animals to do the same thing.. I hope she sensed me well.. She added a comment that we human, cannot do the same thing.. But at the same time, we need to include the required amount of proteins in our diet to keep ourselves filled.. Doctors never advice for a rapid weight loss, as they fear a lot about muscle loss.. There are a lot of side effects that happen because of muscle loss.

I hope you know the fact that muscles burns fat faster than fats in our body.. That is why we should build muscles and lose fat during weight loss.. If we do so, it is considered as  a successful weight loss.. As taking right amount of proteins help us doing this, proteins are the key elements during our diet.. After this advice, I have taken an extreme care in choosing proteins for my diet.. I don't have any interest in meats.. Initially it was tough. After sometimes, I got used to it and started including little protein in breakfast, more in afternoon and little in evening.. I usually avoid including more proteins for dinner, as it is hard to digest.. Finally what I expect from you is to include something that is rich in protein in your daily diet..
