What to eat – Day 1 of GM Diet

What to eat ?

Breakfast – Green Grapes, Watermelons, Honey Dew or Cantaloupes
Mid-Morning – Pineapple
Lunch – Fruit Salad with all the fruits
Mid Afternoon – Guava
Evening – Pomegranate Salad
Dinner – Mixed Fruit Chat with more Apples

Will it be difficult ?
As it is the first day, it will be slightly tough for you to manage this fruits diet. You won’t feel hungry at the end of the day. Mostly, you will feel like breaking the diet in evenings. Manage with fruit chats to satisfy you taste buds with salt and chilies. It is not going to spoil the diet. It will help you to continue next 6 days.

What will be the result ?
You will feel energetic and fresh the next day. There won’t be any tiredness.
