Broccoli Pepper Fry Recipe| Indian Broccoli Recipe

broccoli pepper fry

Broccoli is one of the vegetables having more protein. Unfortunately, I hate boiled broccoli. I am always convenient with Indian recipes with a bit of masala flavor. Hence, I have noted down a few broccoli recipes from my friend. She is good in cooking and she has given me a lot of tips to cook Broccoli.

This broccoli pepper fry can be had with chappathis or hot steamed rice and rasam. I tastes like a non-vegetarian gravy. Broccoli Pepper Fry is a protein rich side dish to include in your weight loss dinner or weight loss lunch. Along with this note, I wish to add a few points from a few book. I am reading a lot of weight loss and diet related books. In most of them, they advise us to include more protein in our diet. The recipes they have given are completely western and it comprises mostly chicken and pork. As I cannot foolow them exactly as dippy coppy, I am trying to give you a lot more protein rich side dishes and main dishes too.
