That too green gram sprouts help more and more in weight loss.

How to make Sprouts with Green Gram ?
Soaking time: Sprouting Time: Yield 2 cups (4 servings)Serving size: 1/2 cup | Calories per serving: 20
Ingredients
- Green Gram or Pasipayaru - 1 cup
- water - 3 cups
Quick Procedure
- Wash and drain green gram.
- Soak in water for 10 hours.
- Drain it and place it in a wide plate.
- Cover it leaving a very small space for the sprouts to breath. Never close it completely. It will start rotting.
- Leave this plate for 10 hours, at room temperature.
- Your green gram would have sprouted now. But please remember to keep few more hours if you want the sprout should be lengthy.
