
I have already told you that I am not a great fan of kiwi. Only for the reason that it helps in weight loss, I am having it as smoothies often. The smoothie we are going to see in this section is a tasty smoothie. It is one of the tasty smoothie to help us in our weight loss journey. You can easily make this smoothie and it is also travel friendly.
This smoothie will be bit tangy and bit sweet. Banana gives a creamy texture and milk make it slightly loose. When I first time saw this recipe in cooking light magazine, I was a bit confused whether it will taste good or not. After a few days, I tried this one. All for this weight loss !!

Ripe Kiwi - 1
Banana - 1/2
Chia Seeds - 1 teaspoon, soaked
Milk - 1/2 cup, skimmed
Raw Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Quick Procedure
1. Take kiwi, banana and chia seeds in a blender.
2. Puree the ingredients.
3. Add milk and raw sugar.
4. Grind it once again and transfer to a serving glass.
5. You could chill it in fridge for 20 minutes and have it.
