Mostly many of us like chats. Chat refreshes us as an evening snack. I love making and having chats. But I am pretty much worried about the fat in pooris, sev and samosas. When I made a chat with sprouts, the taste was amazing. It encouraged me to make some other kind of chats with sprouts. The one I am going to post today is very simple. If the chutneys are prepared earlier, this chat can be simple made. You will start loving this tasty and healthy snack.

Whenever I see a chat station, I keep watching them. They just make perfect combos. The per-preparation makes the job simple. Chutneys like mint, dates and tamarind are easy to make. If made in advance, the other job is cutting, mixing and making the combo. If you are on a weight loss diet and in need of some healthy snacks, try this recipe. It will be very tasty and low in calories and fat.

Moong Sprouts Chat | Chat Recipe using Green Gram Sprouts

Preparation time: Yield 1 cups (1 servings)
Serving size: 1 plate | Calories per serving: 60

Ingredients
Moong Sprouts - 1/2 cup

Onion - 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped

Tomato - 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped

Coriander Leaves - 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped

Bujhiya - 1 Tablespoon

Tamarind Chutney - 1 Tablespoon

Mint Chutney - 1 Tablespoon

Curd - 2 Tablespoons

Chat Masala - little

Sugar - 1 Teaspoon


Quick Procedure
Take a plate and spread sprouts on it.

Spread chopped onions and tomatoes over it.

Mix curd with sugar and make a circle over the sprout bed.

Add mint chutney and tamarind chutney over the mixture.

Top with coriander leaves.

Sprinkle some chilli powder and chat masala powder.

Sprinkle some bhujiya over it. make it as little as possible, if you wish a low fat chat.

A very tasty chat is ready within few minutes.
