Samba Wheat Dosa

samba wheat dosa

Sweet Wheat Dosa is my favorite recipe in childhood days. I love the flavor. I love the colour. And I love the taste. My mom used to mix gingelly oil and ghee. She used to tell that the taste of the dosa comes from this mixture. After starting this blog, I thought of posting recipe for many days. I will make it and take step-wise pictures. But I will start eating it before taking photos. I love the dosa that much. The flavor reminds me my childhood memories.

Back to the recipe. Samba Wheat ot Whole Wheat Flour is used for making this recipe. Don't try it with regular atta flour. That will make it soggy. Samba wheat makes it more crispy and gives us more fiber. The original recipe uses grated coconut. I am using chopped almonds instead. In someway, I am giving you a healthy version of the dosa. Have it and tell me how it tastes. I just forgot to add a point. This is an Indian post pregnancy recipe. This will increase milk secretion.
