That too green gram sprouts help more and more in weight loss.

Instead of having something junk, I wished to try a chat with sprouts. Yep,, it was really good. It is not exactly a weight loss snack. But it is a healthy snack. You could include this snack once or twice in a month. Not more than that. Try this chat. You will definitely love this.

Ingredients
Thattai - 8, small sized

Moong Sprouts - 1/2 cup

Onion - 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped

Tomato - 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped

Coriander Leaves - 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped

Bujhiya - 1 Tablespoon

Tamarind Chutney - 1 Tablespoon

Mint Chutney - 1 Tablespoon

Curd - 2 Tablespoons

Chat Masala - little

Sugar - 1 Teaspoon


Quick Procedure
Take sprouts in a bowl. Add salt and give a mix.

Add chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves.

Add tamarind chutney and mint chutney. Give a good mix.

Take the serving plate. Place thattais.

Top it with the mixed moong sprout mixture.

Top it with curd mixed with sugar.

Sprinkle some chilli powder and chat masala powder over it.

Top it with very very little bhujiya.

You are done. Very tasty and very healthy chat with healthy sprouts will be ready in few minutes.
