After learning the health benefits nowadays, I am having this once in a month. Whenever I have it for morning breakfast, I will become hungry so soon in afternoons. - Lemon - half
- Soaked Chia Seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Raw Sugar or Honey - 1teaspoon (optional)

- Add lemon juice and sugar or honey.
- Puree the above ingredients well.
- Add one cup of water and grind it once again.
