
Recently I am reading a lot of books related to diets. Most of the diets make a brief description of smoothies. The smoothies they mention provoke an idea to make use of the same ingredients with different combination. The recent orange smoothie is one such an idea.
You can definitely include this grape smoothie in/ as your weight loss breakfast. It may be either a wheat bread toast and one cup of this smoothie or just two cups of this smoothie. Both will constitute a 200 calorie, fiber rich, vitamin rich breakfast. It is also easy to grab and go, during rush hours of work.
Grapes naturally have plenty of sugars and fibers. Grapes can keep you filled for a very long time. Also there is no need for adding any other sweetening agents, if you use grapes in your smoothie. Grapes are seasonal in some areas and are cheaper to buy.
This summer smoothie with grapes will quench your thirst, satisfy your hungry stomach and will keep you charged the whole morning. The taste of this smoothie will be good if you use soaked almonds and small piece of cucumber to improve the thickness.

- 3/4 cup of grapes, frozen
- 2 slices of cucumber
- 3/4 cup of water
