I know most of you don't like upma. But you cannot get something light and simple to prepare in some boring and tiring days, other than an upma. In this post, we are going to see Wheat Rava Upma or Godhumai Ravai Upma. I remember my granma making this upma in Sunday evenings. Whenever she lost some interest over cooking she makes wheat rava upma. Undescribed, she has been eliminating the usual sooji. Yep, sooji is something having gluten and does'nt have enough fiber. On the other hand wheat rava is rich in fiber. A fiber rich dinner or breakfast would be the need of anyone on diet. This wheat rava upma is also diabetic friendly.
I have added more nuts to make it more tasty. This is a simple version so that there is no need for time consuming cutting or chopping. Adding little grated coconut will make it more and more tastier.
