poosanikkai kuzhambu

Sometimes we need simple side dish for dosas and idlis. If you feel like not having dhal or lentils get cooked, you can make this kind of side dish. It is similar to suraikkai thanni kuzhambu we saw earlier. It is one kind of water vegetable stew. It will be tangy, spicy and tastes similar to sambar. It is a very light kuzhambu. But it tastes divine. The combination of idlis or dosas with poosanikkai kuzhambu is really best. It doesn't count more calories too.
