Nowadays I am trying out some paleo style recipes. My friend Nagz introduced me to a group in facebook, which helps out people who want to follow LCHF style paleo diet. For newbies, I am giving a few words about LCHF. LCHF(Low Carb and High Fat) is one type of paleo diet. In this type of diet, they have a different list of items to be included and excluded. The list is different from what we see in other sites. But the founder of the group or diet and the followers have a clear foresight and strong scientific background for the diet. After giving them a series of clinical reports, they provide diet charts. You need to contact them for further details and to look at how the diet chart looks like. I cannot disclose further details. You may look into the following groups.
