I should give all the credits for the recipe to my kiddo. She is the one who provoked the idea. She asked me apple with bread, wanted it to cut bread into circle. She also asked me some nuts to top it. She instructed me to put some whipped cream or yogurt on top of it. I just took it a step forward and added very little caramel. It appeared awesome. I also tasted it along with her. My god it was awesome. Can you believe that I used only 2 teaspoons of sugar for 10 pieces of this sandwich? Yeah.. When I calculated the calories, it was just 50. I appreciated myself. Good Job Sabari ?? If you are searching for a diabetic friendly dessert, you can make this and have it. Also this would come within your budget. All you need is just 15 mins of lazy work.
