I am a great fan of grilled vegetables. If you give me a plate of grilled vegetables, I will just skip my lunch or dinner. Yeah, I don't need any main course along with. I will just eat a plate full of grilled vegetables. I feel that grilled vegetables are healthy and full of fiber. A pakka Indian seasoning makes it more and more delicious. I referred this recipe from food.com. I modified the recipe as per my taste. I made it almost in the same manner we make paneer tikka. When I grilled it, it smelled awesome. It tasted really good. As usual, I had it as my lunch without a main dish like chapathi or rice. It is a perfect recipe that fits for any diabetic meal. It is also apt for weight loss dinner or weight loss lunch. You need to spice up your weight loss meal to succeed in your journey. For recipe queens and queens, this will appear as a very usual recipe. Please excuse. - 1/4 cup curd
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp curry masala powder
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp kashmiri chili powder (optional)
- salt
- Slice paneer. Remove seeds of tomato. Slice all the vegetables.
- Take the ingredients for marination in a bowl. Mix it up.
- Add the vegetables and mix it well. This forms the marination. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Its time for grilling it. Heat a grill pan. Grease it with very little oil. Maintain a low flame. Place the paneer slices first. Once the raw smell goes off, flip it. Let it get cooked well. After it is done, transfer it to a plate.
- Next we need to grease the pan again. Place the vegetables. Maintain a low flame. Cover the pan. Let the vegetables get cooked. Now flip all the vegetables. Do one by one. You need to be more patient, while doing this step. Now let it get cooked and the raw smell go of. You could not transfer it to a plate.
