This is a very simple and tasty snack. I referred this recipe from EatCheap magazine. There were a lot of recipes listed. The speciality is that they all will come within a less budget. They could be done for a large scale party. In the original recipe, they added some cheese and the flavoring was quite different. I just modified it as per my taste. This will taste very similar to our regular omelette. It has immense of protein. If you are following a weight loss diet, then this can be the best breakfast. it has lots of protein and vitamin B. Good for skin and muscles. I felt a raita could go very well with this omelettes.
