- 1 betel leav or vetrilai
- 1/2 cup pomegranate pearls
- little sugar (optional)
- Take betel leaves and pomegranate in a blender and puree it.
- Strain it using a strainer.
- Collect the residue and add a cup of water.
- Strain it again. Collect the juice.
- Again strain the juice to make it more clear.
- Collect the juice. Taste it. If sugar is ok for you, there is no need to add sugar. Otherwise, add sugar. Pan and Pomegranate juice is ready to serve.
- You can serve this juice as a breakfast . You should have your lunch early that day.
