Breakfast Wrap with Omelette

It is very easy to make this wrap. Just an omelette, roti and guacamole to make this wrap. but the taste will be awesome. It is very very healthy too. Adding little beans and sweet corn will make it a complete mexican style breakfast wrap. I already told that I am not a great fan of corn. So I just skipped it. Still the taste is awesome. I hope you too would like it. It will also be good to look at. The appearance will give you the feel that you has a very complete and tasty breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 chapathi or roti
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 egg
  • a pinch of salt and pepper to season omelette
  • 2 tsp guacamole
  • 2 tsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp cooked sweet corn
  • little chopped coriander leaves

Quick Procedure

  • Break an egg and make omelette. Add little pepper and salt too.
  • Take a roti or chapathi on a plate. Place 2 leaves of lettuce over it
  • Place omelette over it. Top it with guacamole. Add little onion, tomato and coriander leaves.
  • Wrap and pin it.
