Indian Paleo Recipe #9 - Cauliflower Egg Paniyaram

I saw this recipe in a Paleo group by Sujaina Majkar. I loved it and the way she explained. I wanted to try it one the same day, I saw it. Successfully, I made it correctly and the taste was amazing. As I am not on paleo diet, I had it as a side dish to pulissery. The combination was too good. It made me feel full. It is one of the recipes I love most and wish to have as a breakfast one day. In a few days, I am going to follow paleo diet. I will definitely have this paniyaram as my breakfast one day. This is more and more easy. So try and let me know.

Ingredients
  • 5 to 6 cauliflower florets
  • 2 eggs
  • chopped curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Quick Procedure
  • Separate cauliflower florets and put it in hot water for five minutes. Finely chop cauliflower.
  • Take it in a mixing bowl. Add salt, chilli powder and garam masala powder.
  • Drop two eggs and mix well. This is the paniyaram batter.
  • Heat a paniyaram pan. Grease it with coconut oil. Pour in the egg batter. Flip it after the colour changes at top. Maintain a low flame and take out the paniyaram, once they are cooked well.
