I had this grilled plantain at an asian grill. After completing the meal, usually I will tempt for an ice cream. But after having this plantain, I felt really better. I loved the flavor very much. The taste and flavor were amazing. If you are having a chinese style meal, this would be the right dessert. At the same time, it doesn not have more sugar. It takes very very less time to prepare.

- 2 tsp honey
- little sesame seeds

- Cut plantain or nendhirankai into half lengthwise. Then cut it to equal halves. Place it on a grill pan.
- Add 1 tsp of gingelly oil and grill it till it becomes soft. Maintain a low flame. Wait till you get grill marks.
- Add honey and sesame seeds, finally. A tasty dessert is ready.
