Ingredients
For Making Apple Tea Mixture
  • 1 large Apple
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tblspn thick tea decoction
  • 1/4 cup water
For Making Tea
  • 2 tblspn of apple cinnamon mixture
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup hot water

Quick Procedure
Making Apple Tea Mixture
  • Take a large apple. Chop it finely.
  • Prepare some thick black tea decotion.
  • Take chopped apples, cinnamon stick, sugar and 1/4 cup water in a sauce pan.
  • Cover and cook till they become soft and gets thick. it will take 20 minutes.
  • Finally add 4 tblspn tea decoction and switch off the flame.
  • Cool down this mixture and store it in an airtight container.
  • You can store it in fridge and use for 2 weeks.
Making Apple Tea
  • Take 2 tblspns of apple tea mixture in a cup.
  • Add a cup of hot water and strain it.
  • Mix 1 tsp lemon juice. Serve it hot. Apple Tea is ready.
