How to Detox your body to lose weight ?

Most of us would have heard about detox juices for weight loss. Detoxification is the process of removing dirts or unwanted things from out body.

  • Improves nutrient absorption and increases good bacteria in the gut.
  • Lowers blood sugar and cholesterol.
  • It helps in weight loss.
  • Improves your skin.

In India, our moms followed a natural method of detoxification. Once in two weeks, we were given ginger juice. The practise has almost waned nowadays. But it is one of the simple methods of detoxification.

How to Detox ?

I got several methods, when I collected from internet.. You can follow whichever comfortable to you.
  • Method 1 : Having Detox waters or Infused waters every morning. And following a healthy diet rest of the day. Continuing it till your weight loss journey.
  • Method 2: Drinking Detoxification Drinks for 3 days like Juice Fasting. And then following a healthy diet for weight loss.
  • Method 3: Drinking Detoxification Smoothies in the morning as breakfast. And some healthy lunch and dinner.
  • Method 4: Drinking lots and lots of Detoxification Teas, before breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Method 1:

  1. Prepare some infused water or detox water in the night and let it rest
  2. Drink it every early morning.
  3. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, have some light food with less carbs.

Method 2:

  1. Prepare some detoxification drinks.
  2. Have them as breakfast lunch and dinner for 3 days.
  3. Occasionally, you can include some soups and salads without fatty dressings too.

Method 3:

  1. Prepare detoxification breakfast smoothies.
  2. Have them as breakfast. Have a healthy light lunch, snack and dinner.

Method 4:

  1. Prepare detoxification teas.
  2. Drink a cup or 2, before 30 minutes of your breakfast lunch and dinner.
