Ingredients
To make tea mixture
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 2 tblspn sugar
To make raspberry tea
  • a cup of water
  • mint leaves (optional)

Quick Procedure
To make tea mixture
  • Take some fesh raspberries. Wash and clean.
  • Take it in a sauce pan. Add sugar and 1/4 cup of water.
  • Heat it up. After sometime, smash it with a spoon. Smash it well.
  • Put it in simmer for for 10 minutes. It will froth and become slightly thick.
  • Switch off the flame and cool it down. This is the tea mixture.
  • Collect it in a bottle and store it in fridge. Use whenever needed. Shelf life is 2 weeks.
To make raspberry tea
  • Boil a cup of water. Add 2 tblspn raspberry tea mixture. Mix well.
  • Strain it using strainer. Collect the tea and serve it hot.
  • Raspberry tea is ready.

Take some fresh raspberries. Wash and clean.

Switch on the stove. Let it boil. Smash it with a spoon.

Put it on medium flame for 5 to 10 minutes.

It will froth up and become slightly thick. Switch off the flame.

Let it cool down. Collect it in a bottle. This is the raspberry tea mixture.


To make raspberry tea from the mixture
Boil some water

Add 2 tablspoons raspberry tea mixture.

Mix well.

Strain it and collect the tea.

Add few mint leaves and serve it hot.
