To make tea mixture
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 2 tblspn sugar
- a cup of water
- mint leaves (optional)
Quick Procedure
To make tea mixture
- Take some fesh raspberries. Wash and clean.
- Take it in a sauce pan. Add sugar and 1/4 cup of water.
- Heat it up. After sometime, smash it with a spoon. Smash it well.
- Put it in simmer for for 10 minutes. It will froth and become slightly thick.
- Switch off the flame and cool it down. This is the tea mixture.
- Collect it in a bottle and store it in fridge. Use whenever needed. Shelf life is 2 weeks.
- Boil a cup of water. Add 2 tblspn raspberry tea mixture. Mix well.
- Strain it using strainer. Collect the tea and serve it hot.
- Raspberry tea is ready.
