Boil water and add thin strips of Broccoli in it. Cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes and immediately transfer them to cold water. Drain water and transfer them to a plate.
Heat coconut oil in a pan. Add curry leaves and shallots. Saute until the small onions become soft.
Add Broccoli, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Curry Masala Powder and Peruncheeraga Podi or Sombu Powder. Saute till they coat Broccoli strips. Switch off and serve it hot.
