Ingredients

  • Half Cup Rice Puzhungal Arisi
  • 20 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Fenugreek Vendhayam
  • 2 Cups Water
  • little Salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean rice. Combine all the ingredients in a pressure cooker and add water.

  2. Pressure cook it for 4 to 5 whistles and open after the pressure releases.

  3. Mash the cooked rice with a ladle. Add little salt and hot water.  Mix well and serve hot.
