My Weight Lose Journey !!! ( Part 2 ) - Early Life

Gals,,, Here is my interesting story of gaining weight.. I am telling this to introduce myself as a hard core foodie.. If weight loss is possible for me too, you will gain the confidence that you too can lose weight..

My School Days and Weight Gain 

At my final year of school, my daily routine is

4.30 am - WAKE UP
5.00 am - Studying
5.15 am - Having a Bournvita in THICK MILK
5.30 am - SLEEPING
7.00 am - Again WAKE UP

I used to have breakfast hardly and a pretty normal lunch of 2 chapattis with Veggies. Then starts  my eating mela.....

5.00 pm - full meals
6.00 pm - coffee
7.00 pm - parotta
8.00 pm - idli and vada
9.00 pm - some rice and veggies (without mom's knowledge)
9.30 pm - a badam milk

I will have a breakfast, brunch, lunch and juice in addition to these, in weekends

I unnoticed my weight gain in the busy schedule of tuitions and tests. One day, in school there was a medical camp and compulsory medical checkup. I was shocked to see my weight on the weighing machine. OMG !!! It was 65....

53 --> 65 in just 3 months. How fast am I in gaining weight ??????

I didn't take any effort to reduce this weight. Simply continued my heavy eating....... Meanwhile many of my relatives, who saw me after a gap started inquiring about my sudden weight gain. But for me, my weight seemed VERY NORMAL.

At last I became 71 KGS, at the end of summer holidays !!!!!!

Did I dropped after that ???? Nopes.... I started my college life with a bag of 71 KGS...

My College Day and Food Hunt

My very first day in college ,,, taught me why people told that I am fat. Yup.. All girls were thin and like they can be broken if bent.. Most of them were like models.. I love staring at them.. I loved the way they beautified them.. It is really a feast to watch young girls at their first day of college.. (Any problem in my hormones ????)

Discouraging my parents' wish that I will shed-off my weight, I plumped few more.. Yippy.. my hostel food was good in taste. Thanks to their schedule, I was restricted with a three meals plan + 1 tiffin. It kept my weight constantly at 71.

Days passed.. Though I failed to make good friends in first semester, I got a few goodies in second.. Suji, Spark, Urundai @ Raji, Parku, Seetha..  And we formed a gang.. GANG ????

FIRST BENCH GANG !!!! As we always used to be late to class, only first bench will be free :( My friends used to call me "chubby" and the great news is ..

As per them "I AM NOT FAT"...

Suji stayed at home and i used to finish her lunchbox before lunch. Spark and Raji accompanied me to canteen and restaurants..Again my food hunting started.

Final result,,, at the end of first year,my weight became 76 kgs !!!!!
