This is one of the simple breakfast wrap recipes. What is the speciality of a breakfast ? You need something to give you more energy. You need something simple to make. You need something light to eat. At times, we get bored of our regular breakfast. This type of wraps come in at that case. Even if you need to make more number of servings, it is very very easy to make these wraps. It has avocados for good fat, healthy vegetables and potatoes, the breakfast energy busters. You could add a little sweet corn, if you have. I don't like sweet corn. So I have skipped them.

Ingredients
Quick Procedure
- 1 chapathi or roti
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 1 small potato boiled
- a pinch of salt and chilli powder to season potato
- 2 tsp guacamole
- 2 tsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp cooked sweet corn
- little chopped coriander leaves
Quick Procedure
- Season boiled potatoes with chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
- Take a plate and place roti or chapathi on it. Spread 2 lettuce leaves over it.
- Place a roll of boiled potatoes, mixed with chilli powder and salt.
- Top it with guacamole. Spread some chopped onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves. Roll it and pin it with a tooth twig.
