Take ripen avocado. It will be black in colour and soft to press.
Cut lengthwise. Twist and open. You will get two equal halves.
Remove the large ball like seed. Scoop out the soft flesh using a spoon.
Collect it in a bowl and mash it well.
Add finelly chopped tomato, capsicum and onions to this mashed avocado.
Squeeze a lemon wedge.(1/4th of a lemon)
Add salt and mix well.
Finally, sprinkle some coriander leaves. We are ready with the guacamole.
