Some of my viewers asked me to post a few mexican style dishes. Including avocado has been their goal and they think making mexican dishes is the better way. Seems like they have tried some of the mexican dishes in nearby malls. As mexican dishes use some spices, Indian tastebuds love the flavor. If you try mexican dishes for the first time, you could not be able to feel the taste fully. Might be the combination or kind of side dishes. We need everything in right combination to make a delicious meal. Guacamole is very simple among mexican sides. It is also very easy to make. You could add a scoop of guacamole in soups, wraps, burritos, tacos or rice bowls. It goes well with anything in the above list. I could get your question. In what way it is healthy ?

Avocados are rich in good fats. As we have already discusses earlier, we need more good fats to fight with and reduce cholesterol or bad fat. Avocados do the favor. They have plenty of good fats. They are especially good for women. It has a few more health benefits like folate, vitamin K, B, B6 and C, copper and magnesium. It is like a small ball of full health. This guacamole is the simplest spicy side dish using this healthy bomb avocado.

How to make Guacamole | Guacamole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 ripen Avocado
  • 1 tblspn finelly chopped onion
  • 1 tblspn finelly chopped tomato
  • 1 tblspn finelly chopped capsicum
  • 1 lemon wedge (1/4 lemon)
  • little salt or kosher salt
  • 1 tblspn finelly chopped coriander leaves

Quick Procedure
  • Take ripen avocado. It will be black in colour and soft to press.
  • Cut lengthwise. Twist and open. You will get two equal halves.
  • Remove the large ball like seed. Scoop out the soft flesh using a spoon. Collect it in a bowl and mash it well.
  • Add finelly chopped tomato, capsicum and onions to this mashed avocado.
  • Squeeze a lemon wedge.(1/4th of a lemon). Add salt and mix well.
  • Finally, sprinkle some coriander leaves.We are ready with the guacamole.
