Chettinad Chicken Soup Recipe | Chettinadu Kozhi Soup

chettinad chicken soup recipe

One soup which I will order in any chettinad restaurant is Chettinad Chicken Soup. I love that spicy soup. More than that I love the soup my friend Nagammai makes. When we were staying in Velachery as housemates, she made this soup once. The taste was really awesome. So I collected this recipe from her. She is the one whom I always refer for Authentic Chettinad Recipes.

I already posted a Spicy Madurai Chicken Soup in my blog. This chettinad Soup is similar in making. But the taste is different because of the difference in ingredients. You can easily follow both the recipes. The taste would be awesome.
