Mixed Vegetable Juice for Faster Weight Loss

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Calories: 40

Ingredients
Carrot½
Papaya3-4 cubes
Lettuce/ Cabbage2 leaves
Tomato½
Lemon½
Sugar1 Teaspoon

Procedure
Take the vegetables in a blender and puree it
Add lemon juice and water. Pulse it once again.
The negative calorie juice is ready

Step-wise Pictures
Take required ingredients except lemon and put in a blender.. Squeeze lemon juice to it and puree everything.. Add water as required..


The Juice is ready to serve chill.. Have a sip and I wish you a happy weight loss
