Kiwi Popsicles | Low Fat Dessert Ideas

kiwi popsicles

Kiwi is one of the fruits rich in anti-oxidant. Many people have told that kiwi favors more weight loss, as it rejuvanates the cells. For this reason, I tried buying Kiwi. Few years before I went to a shop in India and felt very happy to see a tray with kiwis. WIth full of koy, I picked one of it. I was completely shocked. It was 60 Rs. 60 bucks for a single Kiwi. Is that fruit that much tasty ? Questions whirled and I just bought it for sample. When I tasted it first time, I did not like it at all. Also I felt like some mild itch around the mouth, after having it. For these two reasons cost and taste, I never bought Kiwi again. I just sticked to Gooseberries, which are having even more benefits and anti-oxidants. That is regional and seasonal too.

It was pretty boring to have same apple and orange. I just wished to try new variety of fruit and again my hands on Kiwi. It was 4$ for 16 Kiwis. I found it more cost effective compared to the one I saw in India. As it is difficult to get Gooseberries in US, I went ahead and bought Kiwis. I am damn sure that I will not like the taste. I was thinking some good way to eat it. Then came this idea of making Kiwi Popsicles from Food Network. This popsicles are rich in anti-oxidants and will help you to lose more and more weight. This kind of popsicle can be had as a weight loss snack.
