Most of us love raitas. We love having it with chapathis and pulaos. Sometimes having same kind of raita again and again makes boring. At that time, we can make different kind of raita. This mixed fruit raita is one among them. It will be sweet and spicy at the same time. You can add any kind of fruits. Pineapple, Apple, Grapes and Pomegranate are the best. I have made this one with apple and pomegranate. It will be tasty. Try this one next time. The mild sweetness gives a feeling of having a dessert too. Two in one uhhhhh..

- Curd - 1 cup
- Apple - half, chopped
- Pomegranate - 1/2, medium sized
- Coriander leaves - little, chopped
- Chilli Powder - a pinch
- Chaat masala powder - a pinch
- salt and sugar - a pinch
Quick Procedure
- Beat the curd. I am using homemade curd.
- Add apple.
- Add pomegranate.
- Add a pinch of salt and sugar.
- Add chopped coriander, chilli powder and chaat masala powder.
- Mix well and serve with any kind of chapathi or pulaos.
