This is a salty diluted version, which can be taken early in the morning.. If you plan for a better weight loss, drink this detoxification agent once in a month.. There are many other dex agents for weight loss.. I will keep posting them..
Ginger Lemon with Salt

Ingredients
Ginger | 3 inch stick |
Lemon | half |
Water | 500 ml |
Salt | as per taste |
Procedure
Take 3 inch stick of Ginger and chop into small pieces.. Put ginger in a blender.. |
Squeeze lemon juice to the blender.. Grind lemon and ginger together to fine paste.. |
Add salt.. Add 250ml of water and one pulse.. Strain and add another 250 ml water.. This will give 2 servings of appr 260 ml each.. |
