What to eat ?
Breakfast - Boiled Potato Seasoned with little salt


Mid-Morning - Wonder Soup

Lunch - Veggie Salad with Lettuce, Onions, Capsicum, Cucumber, Olives, Tomatoes and a lite sweet onion dressing
 

Evening - Pomegranate and Orange Salad 

Dinner - Veggie Salad with Lettuce, Onions, Capsicum, Cucumber, Olives, Tomatoes and a lite sweet onion dressing

Will it be difficult ?
Third day will start with tiredness and will boost up after lunch. After lunch, you will feel well balanced and you will feel very normal. There will be a little temptation during dinner. But you will definitely be able to manage. By this time, you have crossed half way the diet and you will feel yourself lighter.

What will be the result ?
Nearly 3 pounds of your body weight would have been dropped. This will make you feel happy and confident to continue further. The weight lost is just water weight. Your body metabolism is well boosted by this time.
